The shop has 2 rooms. The mandoor opens into a 16x24 insulated room with a wood floor. It was used s a wood shop and has 110 and 220 electrical. There are double doors that open from the large room into the smaller room on the left.

the smaller room is 16x12, and has a cement floor and double doors that open out for good access.
